We help to grow and expand
Core business of the company is to provide companies and entities mainly from Czech and Slovak Republic which do business internationally with required support and professional assistance they need to do their business internationally in proper and effective way.
We help them grow and expand on foreign markets, to promote them abroad, provide business intermediary services and all associated support. In fact we provide them with consulting and advisory services regarding international trade from business and legal aspects, try to propose proper business structures, professional information and professional assistance regarding customs, duties, acquisitions and mergers, EU directves and regulations being in place in business trade, etc.
We act as advisor also on proper proposing payment schemes tailor made to clients needs, and options on financing of their projects abroad, promotion of their products, findinfg prospective clients and variois research services in that context. Occasionally we engage in trade in (executable) receivables against business entities from Czech or Slovak Republic, trade in corporate bonds, occasionally auctions or holding ownership interest.
We co-operate
For that purpose we co-operate with and use professional legal, busines or investment advisory services from law offices and professionals from business and investments sector in EU, Czech and Slovak Republic depending on territorial focus of given client.
Our territorial focus and co-operation with clients and business partners is in few EU countries such as Czech and Slovak Republic, United Kingdom and other CEE countries may be considered as well.
